Rosy Workshop

The workshops are led by GénieLab teams for a 100% immersive experience.

Designed in collaboration with the Montreal Planetarium, the Rosy, the tardigrade and the message from space digital journey workshop invites young people to accompany the adventures of the tardigrade in its journeys from Earth to space using the Rosy physical kit and the online learning journey.

Their mission: to warn Earth that an extraterrestrial signal has been detected in space by taking on challenges with the micro:bit nanocomputer. During this journey, participants will learn about space observation, waves, solar panels, light and space communication, while developing essential skills in astronomy, biodiversity, coding and programming, as well as circuits and electricity.
